Room Crush

I found this image on Tobi Fairley’s blog and was instantly captivated by it. The room was definitely love at first site for me! It includes all of my favorite elements that were executed to perfection- sunburst mirrors, icy blue + bright orange combo, houndstooth print, funky lamps, graphic shapes, white sofa, metallics…this room has some serious charisma!

This project is the childhood home of Actor Clark Duke and was featured in the May edition of At Home in Arkansas magazine.
Congratulations Tobi- this turned out amazing!

Love the orange! I wonder if she had those tables painted or if she matched the cushions to it upon finding them – we just don’t have that kind of wonderful here in Vancouver!

Ohh la la, this is so captivating! I am in love with this room, too! I have one sunburst mirror, I wonder if I could get the same effect?

I track designers for a living (I’m a publicist) and everytime I look at Tobi’s work I’m in awe. Fresh, classy, alive with color… she’s awesome!

That’s really adorable! I love the play of colors. The design is not stiff, rather playful and easy to the eyes! The pillows are perfect.
