I Want Moore!
Tuesday, March 23, 2010 | Category: Decor Accessories, Decorating, Design Inspiration, Walls
Tonight I was searching for mirrors for a client online and stumbled upon this one by Restoration Hardware. I’m just a little obsessed!

I seem to have a general infatuation with this Moorish inspired shape.
So much that I made a logo out of it for the biz! Isn’t it funny how we subconsciously flock to the same shapes over and over again?

I’m with you on this! I love Moorish motifs…they’re timeless/classic, yet still offer a fun, graphic punch.

Wonderful ideas! And I really love the hanging light fixture. But when I clicked the link below to try to find out more about it at Home Accents Today, it takes me instead to the Color, Design and Art Blog above the photo. Can you tell me where I can find out more about this light? I couldn’t find it at the HAT website.

I’m obsessed with the shape as well and never knew what it was called! I am constantly drawing it for my clients and get really happen when I see it incorporated in fabric, wallpaper or even stationary. Thanks for the “Moorish” term!
