Official Rules
1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. Entries may be submitted after 12:00 A.M. ET on June 11, 2012. Entries must be received no later than 12:00 A.M. ET on July 1, 2012. Limit one entry per person.
2. This Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 50 United States 18 years of age and older as of time of entry.
3. Entries that are lost, late, illegible, incomplete, misdirected or incompletely received, including by reason of technical malfunction, congestion or incompatibility, will not be eligible.
4. One winner will be selected in a random drawing on Monday, July 2, 2012 from all eligible entrants. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Winners will be notified by e-mail on or around Monday, July 2, 2012.
5. The winner will be awarded win one Myson Pearl Electric Towel Warmer from QualityBath.com. (Retail: $112.99)
6. No substitution or transfer of prizes will be allowed. Upon delivery of any prize to winner, Sponsor will be deemed to have awarded the prize to the winner with winner assuming full ownership and responsibility for the prize.
7. By entering and/or accepting a prize, winner releases and agrees to hold harmless Sponsors, their parent, affiliate and subsidiary companies, directors, officers, employees, representatives, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind, including death, arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a prize or participation in this sweepstakes. Acceptance of prize constitutes consent to use winner’s name and likeness for editorial, advertising and publicity purposes, without further compensation, except where prohibited.
8. Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any entry of this Giveaway in the event that it becomes infected by a computer virus or is otherwise technically impaired. In the event of early termination, a random drawing will be held from among all eligible entries received at the time of termination. Sponsor also reserves the right to disqualify any entrant found tampering with the entry process or with the operation of the Giveaway or the Web site.
9. Liability for any applicable federal, state or other taxes will be the sole responsibility of the winner.
10. This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the United States with venue in Dallas County in the State of Texas. By entering, you agree to be bound by these rules and you give your express permission to be contacted by Sponsor by e-mail and/or mail.
