I would lacquer them in black or white gloss, and replace the mirror with a traditional clear one, but they arent bad for the price!

perfectly nice! it’s not WHERE you get something from, it’s what it looks like. in fact, i usually prefer finds from unlikely places- like big lots, or something equally gross- makes me feel like i found a true treasure.

I would love to see them in white gloss. Then they would certainly be classy.

I’d lacquer them in black or white, too and then put them above a black entry-way table.

I agree. I would paint them glossy black. The mirror doesn’t bother me. I love HomeDecorators and the outlet. You have to pick and choose but some of their offerings are a great value.
