On a recent weekend jaunt to Lago Vista to enjoy a relaxing (yet waterless) weekend on Lake Travis (outside of Austin), our friends were dying to show us the new Waterstone lakeside condominiums.  Clad in Angelina Pedra, a Brazilian Hardwood, the exterior is Austin Contemporary at its finest.  I can see young professionals snapping up these condos for the perfect retreat with friends.  Minimal maintenance with maximum style!
