I’ve eagerly been anticipating the new redesigned website for Brocade Home. Quite some time has passed and I’ve yet to receive a current catalog nor access to their website. After continually checking back, it’s still noted that they are undergoing a redesign for their website. Fortunately, I’ve discovered they’ve created a blog. It features some posts on architecture and fashion. Looking forward to seeing the new website!

Wine Design

Posted By Jill-LA | Oct 07, 2008 | No Comments | Category: Magazines, Small Spaces

As I was flipping thru the most recent Metropolitan Home magazine, I came across this really innovative way to create a “wine cellar” – a niche under the stairs of a residential project enclosed by glass. The design is very architectural. What a great use of space, too! It inspires me to be more creative with areas to create wine storage. I’ve seen some great ideas in restaurants, but this really makes sense of space in a residential project. The picture is featured in the October 2008 issue.
