Kelly Wearstler’s anticipated new book, Hue, is now available for pre-order on Amazon.

Her latest book celebrates the power of color and features her most recent projects while exploring her process.  The book also gives an exclusive look at her new studio.

In addition, the book features projects including a 1926 James Dolena estate in Beverly Hills: an opulent Georgian style mansion and  a Paul Williams Bel Air classic mansion.  It will also feature a residence in Malibu using organic materials and a color palette of earthy tones mixed with sea foam green and silvery blue.  Her sculpture and modernist furniture play up the serene ocean ambiance.  Lastly, it’ll explore her latest commercial projects.

Signed editions are also available for pre-order here.

Girls -
I love your blog.
I’m a little perplexed why Kelly Wearstler is the ‘It’ girl of the moment. Don’t get me wrong, she does lovely work.
But why doesn’t she just become a model and get it over with?

No kidding. She’s gorgeous and oh so talented! Talk about out-of-the-box interior design. I’d love to visit her mind for a day. I would be blown away!

Thanks, Jill!

Didn’t know she had a new book coming out. Of course I will have to get it but am I the only one wondering what the heck she has on?

I am torn about my love for Kelly W., I think she has an amazing imagination, talent most people can only dream about and boundless energy. Her Domino spread a few months back mostly left me wondering. I am a 70′s design lover, but she seems to be taking it to extremes as seen in the first cover. Anyway, I’m keeping my eye on her. I also wonder if she is still the “it” girl of the moment…?
