I attended a fabulous event the other night hosted by Margaret Russell who is the Editor in Chief at ELLE DECOR magazine.  She and her team invited me (among many others) to attend a cooking demonstration by Chef Daniel Boulud who is the author of ELLE DECOR’S ‘Daniel’s Dish’ column.  Not only was I honored to be included, but I was able to watch a master chef in his (actually GE’s) kitchen and sample one of the better meals I’ve had in a long time!  He (and his sous chef Cedric Tovar) prepared lamb kebabs, a side of pesto orzo and a yogurt sauce for dipping!  It was heavenly.  I’ve included some pictures from the evening as well as the recipes from Daniel.  I highly recommend trying this dish at your next dinner party.  It’s perfect for a casual backyard BBQ and will have all your guests raving by the time they leave.  Enjoy and thank you ELLE DECOR!
